The oxidation reactors have been designed to provide a solution for treating process or sewage water produced at companies working with galvanized, food, pharmaceutics... which must treat effluents with organic matter or complex materials such as Zn-Ni to comply with manifold or sewer effluent regulations or to reuse the effluent.
Applications:
Nickel not electrolytic
We treat sewage water and concentrated from "not electrolytic nickel" maintaining the convenient values of metal and DQO after a single alkaline precipitation.
Copper not electrolytic (CuEDTA)
With this method, EDTA is efficiently destroyed by a selective process, so as heavy metal values and DQO can be kept by means of a single alkaline precipitation.
Zink-Nickel
CyanoMat® reactor can treat sewage water and reasonably concentrated that contains Zink-Nickel.
Aromatic hydrocarbon oxidation
A specific UV-Cat process has been developed for aromatic deletion. This method has a wide application range.
DQO oxidation
Aromatic oxidation process is an ideal way to achieve DQO reduction. Additional process steps provide an optimal process with proven application. Together with DBO, it is possible to achieve a degradation over 95%
