METALEX modules have been developed to produce coagulant to provide a solution for treating sewage water produced at companies working with galvanized, metal... which must purify effluents with metals and comply with manifold or sewer effluent regulations.

METALEX modules consist of the following items:

• Manufactured PP tub.
• Anodes and cathodes.
• Current rectifier.
• Refrigeration pump.

Depending on the type of water, there are several suitable METALEX treatment variants:

1. STANDARD METALEX MODULE: WATER WITH METALS
2. COMPLEX METALEX MODULE: WATER WITH COMPLEX MATERIALS

They are compact, automatic and easy to use modules which allow manufacturing coagulant on its own treatment plant.

ADVANTAGES OF METALEX SYSTEM

Purification of metal present in water with the Metalex system allows the sewage treatment plant to produce the coagulant it needs, as well as these other advantages:

• Precipitation of metals present in water.
• Reduction from chrome 6 to chrome 3 at any pH.
