ELAWW heat pump evaporation equipment have been designed to provide a solution against concentration of sewage water produced by company of diverse industries (galvanized, metal, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food...) which must treat it to comply with effluent regulations or to avoid handling large amounts of water.

ELAWW concentration treatment consists of the following steps:

• Effluent accumulation.
• Vacuum evaporation with hot water or boiler steam as power supply.
• Dry cooler condensation or refrigeration tower.
• Distilled water reuse.
• Handling of concentrated.

Depending on the type (density) of water to treat, there are several suitable ELA WW treatment variants:

• ELA WW STANDARD EVAPORATORS (low density) Q : 10-10.000 LITRES/HOUR
• ELA WW R CONCENTRATORS WITH SCRAPER (high density) Q : 10-210 LITRES/HOUR

Depending on the energy consumption of water treatment, the are several ELA WW treatment variants available:

• ELA WW MONO EFFECT EVAPORATORS (600 KCAL/LITRE) Q : 100 - 3.000 LITRES/HOUR
• ELA WW DE DOUBLE EFFECT EVAPORATORS (300 KCAL/LITRE) Q : 200 - 7,000 LITRES/HOUR
• ELA WW TE TRIPLE EFFECT EVAPORATORS (200 KCAL/LITRE) Q : 500 - 10,000 LITRES/HOUR

Depending on the type of water to treat, there are several suitable ELAWW treatment variants:

• ELA WW SS EVAPORATORS (INOX 316 + COIL IN SAF 2507) Q : 10-1250 LITRES/HOUR
• ELA WW S EVAPORATORS(CONTACT WITH WATER IN SAF 2507) Q : 10-1250 LITRES/HOUR

They are compact treatment plants, automatic and easy to work with, which allow compliance with effluent regulations and perform zero effluent.
