IRA Demineralization

IRA demineralization equipment is conceived to allow the complete recovery of waters used in working cycles, performing a closed circuit with it.

Working in a closed circuit allows significant economical savings both industrial and environmental. As it is well known, water will be in the future a more valuable, precious and, subsequently, expensive good.

Facilities with IRA series allow, with its ionic exchange process, grabbing the contaminants present in cleaning water and recycling with really high purity features. Actually, resulting waters will be completely demineralised. Ionic exchange process is cyclic; the solution goes through the resin, until it is spent up.

Depending on the type and flow of water to treat, there are several suitable IRA treatment variants:

  • CURRENT SENSE : IRA
  • COUNTER CURRENT SENSE : IRA CF
  • MODELS WITH REAR CARBON COLUMN
  • DIFFERENT FLOW VOLUMES : 0-25,000 LITRES/HOUR
  • DIFFERENT EXCHANGE RESINS: ANIONIC/CATIONIC/MIXED

TECHNICAL FEATURES of IRA series facilities:

  • Compact and small-dimension construction
  • High material quality
  • Easy and functional maintenance and management
  • Careful production and distribution

CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL FEATURES OF PRODUCED WATER

  • Aspect: Clean - colourless
  • Temperature: Max 40-45 ºC
  • Conductivity: 5-10 microsiemens
  • PH: 6.5-8.5

They are compact treatment plants, automatic and easy to work with, which allow performing zero effluent.
